My MRI said moderate diffuse cerebral volume loss without frontal or temporal lobe predominance . Mild chronic microvascular ischemic changes. 0.7 cm unique-appearing focus of T2 prolongation at the left frontal gray-white junction as described above probably represents chronic microvascular ischemic changes but, given the prominence and location, edema related to an otherwise occult small metastasis cannot be excluded. Can you interpret for me please?
Yes the MRI report is a little bit confusing. First of all I have to know how old are you, then the doctor has to prescribe if the lesion has diffusion restriction, if it enhac after contrast media etc... It is not a good radiological report, or you have put only part of it
